Our terms & conditions:
Products: All products are made in New Zealand from New Zealand Flax and other natural fibres. Some of our products may contain sea shells or driftwood as an accessory. Please Note:The shells on the photographs on this website are examples only, we do not give any guaranty for using a specific type or size of shell as these will vary due to availability. If you do want a specific shell please contact us prior and discuss your requirements..
Privacy: Your privacy is very important to us. We do not give out your details or any information to others. We keep your personal details on file for future orders.
Payments: Payments can be made by direct deposit, cash or paypal (in which case we add a 2% surcharge)/ sorry we do not accept personal cheques.
Shipping: We ship anywhere in New Zealand and the world. We process your order and payment when we receive your order. You will receive an email with the total cost within 24 hours including postage/packaging/and if applicable insurance.
Shipping costs vary; within New Zealand we use NZ Post or Courier Post and for international shipping we use International Post with Cover (insurance). It takes 5 -14 working days to arrive at your place. Please note that you might have to pay taxes or custom charges in your country of residence as you are importing goods. Please note also that there might be restrictions on importing products made of plant materials.
Please check with your Customs agency in regards to this. We will give you a quote before processing your order so you will know what you will pay.
Weekends: If we receive your order in the weekend or on a public holiday, we will send your order on the next business day.
Out of Stock/ Custom Orders: If the product is not in stock, or you ordered a custom made product we will advise you how long the wait will be and keep you posted about the status of your order.
Large or Bulk Orders: We will need a 15% deposit for any large orders and will advise you of the approximate time it will take to fulfill these - exception: Piupiu - we always require a deposit for these and also advise special payment terms with each individual (mainly large) order.
Currency: Our prices are in New Zealand dollars. We are not currently registered for GST.
Return Policy & Guarantee: You buy products made of natural fibres and colours, hence sometimes the actual products vary from the ones shown in pictures on our website (they are all unique – none is the same as any other). As a result we will not accept any returns on the grounds of wrong expectations. However – if your product is faulty we will gladly replace it (shipping charges may apply).
