Feedback on our products & services:
We are fortunate to count Otago Museum and the OSCAR Foundation to our customers (we are a proud sponsor of the latter's conference).
In the Ora Garden at Taupo Museum we make the flax ropes who link the Kaitiaki (Guardians) with each other and signify the umbilical cord or whenua - the Kaitiaki represent the Four Winds of Aotearoa.
We have been filmed harvesting and weaving for a German TV station (sorry only screened in Germany).
Rita Baker had the privilege to be one of the many weavers who helped with the interior decoration of the the new Marae at Unitec - Te Noho Kotahitanga (opened in March 2009).
Most recently we have had the opportunity to be part of a group of weavers helping with the creation of woven panels for the new Whanau Room at Lake Karapiro under the guidance of Brett Graham of Ngati Koroki and Tina Wirihana and Rita has also been part of a groups of weavers represented at the World Rowing Champs at Lake Karapiro in November 2010.

Rita I would like to acknowledge your wonderful work. You listened to my very long list of needs and delivered to these above and beyond expectations.
The kete you designed and created were of the highest quality made from 100% authentic materials literally handpicked by you. Most importantly the result was a highly customised kete that met our needs exactly and delivered to our tight deadline. Thank you for making this such a rewarding experience - it was a pleasure to work with you. Yours sincerely Janine Carson Business Development Manager Deloitte

Dear Rita
On behalf of Make-A-Wish New Zealand I would like to thank you very much for your kind contribution towards making Jessica's wish come true.
Jessica had a very special day out at the ASB Polyfest and was treated like a princess for the whole day. Jessica doesn't usually express emotion but whenever she sees or hears Kapa Haka, she lights up.
So as you can imagine, to be given star treatment at the Polyfest and to be presented with several wonderful gifts, including your beautiful piupiu, was an absolute joy for Jessica. I'm sure she will keep memories of this day forever.
We are extremely grateful for your kindness and your cooperation in making Jessica's day as special as it was. We could not do what we do without the support of so many fantastic people.
Thanks again for your wonderful support of Jessica's wish. (we made a purple and blue piupiu for Jessica as part of her Wish) Warmest Wishes, Lisa Fraser Wish Coordinator Make-A-Wish New Zealand

Many thanks for your lovely rope. We have had parts of it framed with different photos and they are now with both the Mayor (of Auckland) and our Managing Director.
